Larger departments — those with paid staff, multiple stations, or growing operations — get expanded capabilities that match their complexity. Annual billing is available on all paid plans, giving small departments a way to use a single grant disbursement to cover a full year.

Departments that are 100% volunteer, respond to fewer than 200 calls per year, or have an annual operating budget under $75,000. You self-certify at signup with a simple checkbox and re-certify annually.

What happens if we grow past the free tier thresholds?

You'll get a friendly notification when you approach limits. There's a 30-day grace period when you cross a threshold, giving you time to upgrade without any disruption to your service.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Choose monthly or annual billing and cancel anytime. Annual billing gives you 2 months free and works well with grant disbursements.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, ACH transfers, and municipal purchase orders. We work with government procurement processes.

How does onboarding work?

Department and Regional plans include dedicated onboarding. We configure your department, import data, and train your team. Community plan includes self-service setup guides and chat support.
